What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access, all sales are final. However, if you have any issues downloading or accessing your printable planners, please email me at Donna@packedforlife.com.
Will the products be shipped to my house?
NO, these planners are digital products and nothing will be shipped to you. You will receive an email with a link to download the planners. You can then print them off at home, or take them to your nearest office supply store to get them printed out. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to troubleshoot printer issues.
What software or other tools do I need to buy to be able to use this?
You will not need to purchase additional software.

Most modern web browsers like Google Chrome, and Safari have free built-in PDF viewers which will allow you to view, download or save the pdf planners. You can also drag and drop the downloaded PDF into an open browser window, and the integrated PDF viewer will display your planner.

Or you can download and use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader on your phone or computer.
